European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) Forecast Positions

ECMWF forecast position of Mirinae (Santi) on Oct. 31. This shows a much lower landfall than that of Pag-asa, JTWC and JMA


By Nov. 1, ECMWF places Mirinae (Santi) west of Luzon already. Seems like a fast mover.
